Linda is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. She also has earned the coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designations. She also is a member of (CALA) - The Compass Austin Luxury Advisory group and has earned her Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) designation to serve those clients seeking advice and opinion for clients and their families in transition.

Linda is passionate when representing buyers and sellers in the sale or purchase of luxury properties, city homes and condos, and suburban homes. Her favorites include lake view, lakefront, and city view properties as well as serving the needs of first-time home buyers and relocating clients and their families.

Linda Welsh is a 13 year Platinum Top 50 winner or finalist. Linda is also a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and a 15 year member of the Million Dollar Guild. She was nominated as one of the Austin Business Journal Top 50 Residential Nominees and has received the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award for ten years.

Aside from her own clientele, Linda has served as a national real estate coach and speaker for several years - helping agents to achieve their goals, facilitating mastermind sessions and helping agents across the US and Canada bring their businesses to the next level. She and her husband own a real estate referral company and, after twenty years as a brokerage owner, Linda joined Compass Real Estate in 2024 taking advantage of the systems, technology, collaboration and leadership. Linda and her husband have three grown children, three grandchildren and two sweet and sassy English Springer Spaniels.

They have lived in the Westlake and West Austin/Barton Creek areas for over 25 years and serve buyers and sellers, local and international investors from all over the world as well as relocating clients with their real estate needs throughout the entire Austin MSA.
